Commission info and TOS

Please contact me directly if you would like to commission some artwork.I take commissions on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to see my queue.Click here for an easy-read version of this information.

I will draw:

  • Original characters, furry or humanoid

  • Simple animations

  • Ship art

  • Simple backgrounds

  • NSFW, kink art and suggestive pieces

I will not draw:

  • Illegal imagery

  • Hateful or offensive art

TOS

  • My art is not for resale unless a commercial license is purchased.

  • Deadlines must be agreed upon by both parties prior to me beginning the artwork.

  • Do not claim my art as your own. Credit me (@PepperBeetle) where applicable. Do not remove my username or watermark.

  • I don't offer discounts unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment must be sent before you receive the finished artwork. The client will receive low-res drafts until payment is confirmed.

Intellectual Property

  • All commissioned artwork Copyright (©) to @PepperBeetle.

  • The client is granted rights to commissioned artwork for personal means only.

  • The client does not gain commercial rights to commissioned artwork. Commissioned artwork is not for resale or use on merchandise. To obtain a commercial rights agreement you will be charged an additional 100% of the commission total.

  • Client must own (and be able to provide proof of ownership of) all rights to characters to be used in commercial work.

Refusal and Refunds

  • I reserve the right to refuse any request at my discretion.

  • Any charges prior to work begins are fully refundable.

  • Any termination fully initiated by myself is eligible for a full refund.

  • Termination initiated by the client after work has begun will be charged at my discretion based on the work completed and the time of cancellation.

  • No completed commission is eligible for a refund.

GenAI Policy

  • All commissioned artwork is hand drawn by me; I will never use generative AI in my work.

  • My artwork is not to be used for training AI models or neural networks.

Last reviewed on the 5th of September 2026.Abuse or disregard of my TOS will result in a blacklist + public call out.By commissioning artwork you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.Please contact me directly if you have any questions regarding my TOS.

Pricing

Process

  • Send me a message and tell me what you would like to commission

  • I will ask for a reference image and clarify any details

  • You will receive the sketch for approval and I will make any changes

  • The commission will be put on hold until I receive the full payment

  • You will receive a clean version for approval and I will make any changes

  • You will receive a flat coloured version for approval and I will make any changes

  • You will receive the final version

Typically I will send the final artwork via email but let me know if you would prefer to receive it another way.I may post finished commissions to my social media platforms. Please let me know if you would not like me to post your commission publicly.
